AIBlitz is an AI brand visibility monitoring platform that queries multiple AI language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to measure how often and how positively a brand is mentioned in AI-generated responses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to monitor brands you do not have authorization to analyze
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Reverse engineer or resell the Service
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Data and Privacy

We store brand names, industry keywords, and visibility scores to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI Model Accuracy

AI model responses are probabilistic and may vary. Visibility scores are estimates based on sampled queries. We do not guarantee that scores reflect all possible AI responses or that improving your score will result in any business outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AIBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
